The conference theme, “The Healthy Librarian’s Toolkit – Exploring Pathways to Wellness for Library Professionals,” underscores the crucial role libraries play implementing wellness of not only their library staff, but also the communities they dutifully serve. This event will also explore the innovative ways libraries can support wellness entrepreneurship by exploring the health initiatives within their communities. Attendees will gain insights into the diverse needs of wellness entrepreneurs and learn about both established and emerging strategies for libraries to create pathways to wellness for their staff to avoid burnout.
